What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and implementation.
- Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging a professional network within the US fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Conduct technical discovery regarding payment rails, integration models, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal architects and product teams to design feasible and regulatorily sound proposals.
- Structure pricing, contracts, and partnership terms aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure successful client go-live.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Must have a strong, active US-based network in the fintech and PSP space.
- Knowledge of global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP) and API-driven integrations.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to maintain technical credibility in product discussions.
