TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales of cross-border payments and banking infrastructure solutions to global fintechs and enterprise technology companies with an accent on full-cycle sales ownership and technical discovery. Focus on leveraging an existing US-based network, designing technically sound payment proposals, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $100K - $150K

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and implementation.
  • Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging a professional network within the US fintech and payments ecosystem.
  • Conduct technical discovery regarding payment rails, integration models, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal architects and product teams to design feasible and regulatorily sound proposals.
  • Structure pricing, contracts, and partnership terms aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure successful client go-live.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Must have a strong, active US-based network in the fintech and PSP space.
  • Knowledge of global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP) and API-driven integrations.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to maintain technical credibility in product discussions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks.
