What you will do

• Promote hirify.global products and services to APAC proprietary trading groups, including market makers and HFT firms.
• Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on Greater China.
• Execute regional sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline and CRM reporting.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and marketing teams to position products and educate clients.
• Promote membership opportunities to increase volume through optimized fee structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or client-facing experience in the front office of financial services (exchange, bank, broker, or prop firm).
• Strong understanding of proprietary trading, market microstructure, and Exchange Traded Futures and Options.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Detailed knowledge of the Greater China and Hong Kong prop client landscape.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and convert leads into revenue.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Nice to have

• Pre-existing client relationships with Greater China prop/quant clients.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Bloomberg, Tableau, and SQL databases.
• Experience in electronic trading in traditional markets.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
