What you will do
- Develop new clients and deepen partnerships in auto, finance, and travel industries for continuous business growth.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with actionable plans tailored to industry characteristics.
- Act as programmatic advertising evangelist: organize workshops, demos, and case shares; educate on precision targeting, risk-controlled promotions, and customized marketing.
- Monitor industry trends like new energy vehicles and financial compliance; highlight 's technical advantages.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Trading, Data Analytics, and Product teams for campaign implementation, optimization, and product customization.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and opportunities; update sales toolkits with successful cases.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years digital advertising sales experience, priority for programmatic and auto/finance/travel sectors with client resources.
- Proven track record achieving sales targets, converting objectives to media proposals, and driving large-scale projects.
- Experience with agencies/direct clients, familiar with programmatic procurement and decision chains in target sectors.
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSP, DMP, Ad Exchange); ability to explain 's advantages.
- Excellent sales/negotiation skills for long-term client relationships at all levels.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for international and global team communication.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, market sensitivity, proactive attitude in fast-paced environment.
