What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline focusing on UK and North American markets.
  • Conduct product demos and engage prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and SDRs to accelerate the sales cycle and optimize lead generation.
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role with a track record of hitting quotas.
  • 1+ year of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role.
  • Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work remotely from China and manage time effectively across different time zones.
