What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline focusing on UK and North American markets.
- Conduct product demos and engage prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings to position solutions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and SDRs to accelerate the sales cycle and optimize lead generation.
- Maintain strict CRM discipline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role with a track record of hitting quotas.
- 1+ year of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role.
- Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work remotely from China and manage time effectively across different time zones.
