TL;DR

Lead Customer Success Specialist (Energy): Managing post-sale success and satisfaction for high-value customers in the energy sector with an accent on subscription retention and value realization. Focus on driving product adoption, conducting quarterly business reviews, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure business growth.

Location: Hybrid in Riyadh (SA) or Dubai (AE). Must be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value accounts across the MENA region.
  • Manage the customer onboarding process to optimize product usage and minimize adoption time.
  • Monitor customer health scores and develop risk mitigation plans to prevent churn.
  • Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate outcomes and influence strategy.
  • Collaborate with Account and Sales Management teams to ensure business retention, contract renewals, and service extensions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to balance customer requests with the company vision.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience using health metrics to drive measurable customer success outcomes.
  • Advanced presentation skills and the ability to analyze usage data sets for insights.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Riyadh or Dubai.
  • Advanced understanding of customer journeys and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of the Energy industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience using dedicated Customer Success Platforms.
  • Additional language skills.
