TL;DR

Strategic Partner Account Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and market expansion by managing strategic VAD relationships and orchestrating ecosystems to recruit and enable downstream resellers with an accent on lead generation, forecasting accuracy, and territory expansion. Focus on delivering consistent business rhythms through MBRs/QBRs, resolving channel conflicts, and coordinating training programs.

Location: Hybrid role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates hirify.global office

What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact to align hirify.global strategy with VAD business goals and deliver Rhythm of Business through MBRs and QBRs.
  • Own indirect sales quota, drive expansion in emerging territories, and ensure VAD meets purchase commitments and sell-through targets.
  • Identify competency gaps in VAD and reseller network, coordinate with Pre-Sales and Enablement for training and certifications.
  • Collaborate on co-branded marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to build sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Resolve channel conflicts, maintain transparency in CRM, and manage Run Rate forecasting with weekly accuracy reports.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and additional regional languages (e.g., Arabic or French) highly preferred for Emerging Markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, International Markets, or related IT discipline.
  • Proven track record in Channel Management or Strategic Account Management within Software/SaaS industries.
  • Extensive experience with high-complexity sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale).
