MSP Channel Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Recruiting and onboarding Managed Service Providers to promote the hirify.global security portfolio in the MEA region with an accent on partner growth and revenue generation. Focus on building strategic relationships with large MSPs and SOC providers to accelerate business expansion.

Location: Remote (UAE). Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UAE without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard new MSPs through direct meetings, conferences, and distribution networks.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve bookings quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Manage partner success by providing training and enablement on the full hirify.global portfolio (EPP, XDR, MDR, Firewalls).
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and negotiate/manage partner contracts.
  • Collaborate with global MSP, marketing, and sales teams to refine pricing and quote guidelines.
  • Develop documentation and act as a knowledge base for MSP pricing and licensing structures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in 2-tier channel business and partner management.
  • Strong track record in channel sales and partner recruitment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the UAE without employer sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and strong financial acumen regarding recurring revenue models.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
