TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Municipal): Managing municipal accounts in San Diego and Imperial counties to drive growth and deliver water analysis solutions with an accent on B2B sales and customer relationship management. Focus on developing territory action plans, managing the sales funnel via Salesforce, and collaborating with engineering firms and system integrators.

Location: Must be based in or cover the assigned territory of California - San Diego & Imperial counties. Travel is approximately 50% or more.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year + Bonus Pay

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve major business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners to grow market share.
  • Perform customer site visits, product demonstrations, and participate in industry seminars and trade shows.
  • Prepare and present monthly funnel reviews to demonstrate command of the account base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Water Industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce.com).
  • BA or BS degree required (science-related field such as Chemistry or Engineering is an asset).
  • Valid driver license and a Motor Vehicle report meeting company standards.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
