What you will do

- Assist in prospect qualification and help bankers prioritize leads to improve customer engagement.
- Define, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous strategy adjustment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or banking industry.
- Proven track record of driving deposits and loan growth through strategic enablement.
- Deep knowledge of Consumer Banking products, services, and current industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in database and spreadsheet analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations to senior management and regulators.
