What you will do

  • Define and execute the sales operating strategy aligned with company growth priorities and revenue objectives.
  • Manage the Mid-Market operating model, including annual/quarterly planning, revenue targets, and headcount capacity.
  • Lead the Rhythm of the Business through pipeline inspection, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Develop AI-driven TAM activation and dynamic deal-routing programs to increase opportunity creation.
  • Rationalize and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, CPQ) to improve seller productivity and reduce spend.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in Mid-Market, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI-driven operational tooling (routing, scoring, TAM activation).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional program management skills in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Must be based in Mountain View, CA; Atlanta, GA; or Plano, TX
