Location: New York, NY, United States (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: $136,500 base + $75,000 target variable commission

What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of core clients, serving as their primary point of contact and business partner.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies to increase platform engagement and footprint over multi-year horizons.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand the user base and consistently exceed sales and retention goals.
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations to align platform capabilities with specific client needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Associates to strategize on account retention and expansion.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce, Catalyst, and Tableau.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Catalyst for forecasting and record management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Interest or experience in the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
