What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into execution as the lead project manager for high-profile, priority initiatives.
• Govern the end-to-end creative and web project pipeline, from intake and prioritization through delivery.
• Build and refine operational frameworks, SLAs, and playbooks to increase GTM speed and predictability.
• Manage executive-level relationships and influence senior stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
• Forecast campaign deliverables and proactively manage resource capacity to support organizational priorities.
• Coach and develop leaders within the marketing operations function.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading operations, project management, or delivery functions in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution at scale.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate organizational dynamics and resolve conflict.
