What you will do

  • Build a repeatable, scalable field engine for tradeshows, focusing on targeting, staffing, and post-event follow-through.
  • Own the BRIDGES flagship event end-to-end, including strategy, programming, sponsorships, and attendee experience.
  • Pilot new event formats such as regional roadshows, executive dinners, and customer-led roundtables.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to ensure all activations are wired to pipeline goals.
  • Scale the events function by managing a lean internal team and leveraging strong contractor and vendor support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field and experiential marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of owning a flagship event from concept to execution with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Ability to analyze event success through metrics like cost per meeting, ICP fit, and pipeline attribution.
  • Experience scaling operations through the use of partners and contractors.
  • Willingness to be on the road regularly (approximately 2–4 events most months).
  • Experience with the public sector or SLED is a strong plus.
