What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies for hospital automation and connectivity solutions.
• Own the product roadmap, defining requirements for next-generation products and managing their full lifecycle.
• Bridge product vision with commercial outcomes via brand positioning, value messaging, and revenue growth strategies.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, pricing, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Analyze market dynamics and competition to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions.
• Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, Clinical Affairs, and Sales to ensure unified messaging and seamless rollouts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of success in Marketing or Commercial management within global medical device markets.
• Deep expertise in hospital automation and connectivity solutions.
• Strong professional background in healthcare technology, IT, and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA, United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
