TL;DR

Sales Lead (SaaS): Leading and scaling the sales organization within the Americas region for an open-source Postgres platform with an accent on pipeline growth and GTM execution. Focus on building outbound motions for AI builders, designing territory capacity, and bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and enterprise customer needs.

Location: Fully Remote (Global). While the role focuses on the AMER region, the company hires globally.

hirify.global is an open-source Postgres development platform providing integrated database, auth, storage, edge functions, and vector search tools.

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of Account Executives and BDRs, implementing coaching rhythms and clear career paths.
  • Own pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned segment.
  • Execute GTM strategies focusing on AI builders and application modernization.
  • Define collaborative workflows between Sales and Solutions Architects for technical discovery and POCs.
  • Feed customer intelligence back to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure high retention and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams with direct ownership of AMER territories.
  • Deep expertise in technical sales, specifically within infrastructure, databases, DevTools, or cloud computing.
  • Ability to communicate fluently with both developers and C-level executives (CTO).
  • Proven track record of success in async, globally distributed work environments.
  • Experience building sales playbooks from scratch in high-growth technical environments.
