TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (HR Operations): Managing Tier 1 HR, benefits, and absence inquiries for US and EMEA regions with an accent on ticket management and process documentation. Focus on optimizing HR workflows using AI tools, maintaining the ServiceNow knowledge center, and ensuring operational excellence in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week) in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

  • Manage HR tickets in ServiceNow (Ask HR) providing timely responses to tier-1 core HR, benefits, and absence inquiries.
  • Process transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain clear, scalable documentation for HR processes aligned with global policies.
  • Build and maintain the ServiceNow knowledge center to provide accessible information for employees.
  • Provide specialized support tailored to the U.S. and EMEA regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects focusing on process optimization and technology improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR support.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging and optimizing workflows with AI tools to enhance employee experience.
  • Understanding of U.S. and EMEA specific labor laws, HR practices, and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work model (2 days/week).
