TL;DR

HRIS Specialist (Hibob): Managing the core HRIS data architecture and workflows to improve People Experience scalability and automation with an accent on system implementation and data accuracy. Focus on driving process automation, integrating AI applications, and optimizing the end-to-end employee journey.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, Bologna). Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence or the role location (no visa sponsorship available).

What you will do

  • Own the HRIS system (Hibob), managing data architecture, workflows, access permissions, and integrations.
  • Lead the implementation and migration to new system tools and HRIS architecture changes.
  • Define and evolve PX Services processes to ensure a compliant and people-centric employee experience.
  • Drive the automation of PX processes and manage the implementation of AI applications.
  • Collaborate with PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions) to optimize the E2E employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Monitor and maintain employee data quality in coordination with Finance and BI teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR, labor relations, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with 1-2 years in a similar global role, ideally within a tech scaleup.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator and process owner, including a key role in HRIS implementation projects.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills for data compilation, research, and complex problem-solving.
  • Legal right to work in the country of residence or role location (no visa sponsorship).
