Salary: $50,000 - $55,000/year

What you will do
- Oversee and administer specialized leave requests and accommodations.
- Manage leaves arising under FMLA, ADA, and various state and local leave laws.
- Administer Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plans.
- Process timely notifications and maintain communications with client employees and supervisors regarding absences.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering leave of absence/FMLA.
- Experience working within a multi-state organization.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and disability programs.
- Valid US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
Nice to have
- General OSHA regulation and benefit plan knowledge.
- Experience in PEO or HR Shared Services environments.
