What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 IT professionals, managing the annual roadmap and budget.
• Oversee global IT operations, including Helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.
• Manage and optimize core SaaS systems such as Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Okta, and Slack.
• Partner with the Security team to enforce InfoSec policies and support compliance audits like SOC2 and ISO.
• Manage end-to-end office networking, including firewalls, WiFi, and VPNs.
• Lead cross-organizational projects such as system migrations and AI automation implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT System Administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in mixed MacOS and Windows environments.
• Expert knowledge of G-Suite/Office 365 admin consoles and Identity Management tools (Okta/Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of network and security infrastructure including VPNs, ZTNA, and firewalls.
• Experience with MDM tools like Jamf or Intune.
• English and Hebrew: Excellent communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups or global companies.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
