What you will do

• Acquire new logos and expand the customer base within the Australian mid-market.
• Identify and explore growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Demonstrate the value proposition of hirify.global's automation platform against competitors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track, forecast, and report pipeline metrics using CRM tools with high precision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the full enterprise software sales life cycle.
• Proven track record of selling to enterprise or mid-market customers specifically in Australia.
• Strong expertise in account planning, territory management, and multi-product selling strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
