Client Partner (Conversational AI): Drive business growth through strategic customer relationships and expansion into new markets in the APJ region with an accent on full ownership of customer P&L performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Location: Fully remote (Remote-First Model), with dedicated offices in Sydney and Melbourne for optional in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Develop and execute pipeline strategies to grow revenue from existing accounts and new opportunities.
- Own full accountability for customer P&L, meeting revenue and EBIT targets.
- Cultivate senior-level and C-level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Lead account performance updates, cross-functional alignment, and contract management including renewals.
- Champion customer needs to influence product roadmaps and drive solution adoption.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and collaborate with partners for enhanced support.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record with C-level executives and strategic growth in enterprise SaaS/Cloud.
- Deep understanding of P&L, forecasting, revenue planning, and complex contract negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving for complex issues and exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with passion for AI and cloud technology.
