What you will do
- Act as the primary commercial contact for healthcare professionals and stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Drive demand generation and increase awareness of oncology products through active promotion.
- Develop and execute strategic account business plans based on local market analysis and insights.
- Conduct professional presentations of complex scientific information to customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, market access, and medical teams to tailor strategies for each customer.
- Represent the company at local, regional, and national medical conferences and symposiums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- 5+ years of relevant oncology experience (solid tumors and/or oral-oncolytic) preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
- Must reside within the assigned geography (Boston, Lowell, Manchester, MA).
- Ability to travel by car, plane, or train, including up to 65% overnight travel.
