Location: Hybrid (Chicago, US) — In-office expectation of 2-3 days per week
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing SDR team to exceed pipeline targets.
- Define and own pipeline generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and product-led channels.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data to scale personalized engagement and improve efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align on account strategy.
- Track performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and improve pipeline quality.
- Implement tools, processes, and playbooks to support organizational scale and consistency.
Requirements
- Experience managing SDR/BDR teams within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline across multiple channels (ABM, inbound, product-led).
- Fluency in integrating AI tools and LLMs into daily workflows to increase productivity and quality.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office.
Nice to have
- Experience in data, analytics, or BI-related SaaS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in a sales context.
