TL;DR

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing SDR team to exceed pipeline targets.
  • Define and own pipeline generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and product-led channels.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data to scale personalized engagement and improve efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align on account strategy.
  • Track performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and improve pipeline quality.
  • Implement tools, processes, and playbooks to support organizational scale and consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience managing SDR/BDR teams within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline across multiple channels (ABM, inbound, product-led).
  • Fluency in integrating AI tools and LLMs into daily workflows to increase productivity and quality.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data, analytics, or BI-related SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in a sales context.
