Salary: $152,000 - $180,500

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production of all reserving reporting for internal management and external disclosures.
• Establish strong controls and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Drive the modernization and automation of reporting workflows, templates, and tools.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment on data and assumptions.
• Manage and develop the team responsible for reporting production and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of actuarial or related experience with strong exposure to reserving and reporting.
• Qualified actuary (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven track record of leading reporting transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, data management, and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
