TL;DR

Location: 100% Onsite in the USA (Must meet ITAR requirements)

What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and operations talent.
  • Identify active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain talent maps and market intelligence for niche technical roles.
  • Improve recruiting processes through automation and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates for engineering roles.
  • Ability to assess technical skills for complex engineering positions.
  • Must be based onsite (this is not a remote or hybrid role).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche technical roles.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with non-traditional sourcing methods like cold calling and networking events.
