Salary: $200,000 – $280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead live and virtual clinical demonstrations for executives, physicians, and CDI teams.
• Develop tactical strategies and solutions to drive successful adoption and sustained results for clients.
• Assess clinical readiness through discovery calls and workflow shadowing to deliver tailored recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Provider Success teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze customer data to articulate ROI and translate insights into evidence-based summaries and slides.
• Travel up to 50% of the time for on-site assessments, education, and engagement.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical practice, including significant inpatient experience and direct EHR documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Epic or Cerner and familiarity with CDI metrics (SOI/ROM, CMI, HCC/RAF, CC/MCC).
• Must be based in the USA (strong preference for LA, SF, or NYC metro areas).
• Willingness to travel 50% for on-site activities.

Nice to have

• Background in hospital leadership, quality improvement, or Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
• Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or simulation training.
• Experience as a physician builder or lecturing at professional conferences.
