Senior Director/VP of Medical Affairs (Digital Therapeutics): Architecting US Medical Affairs strategy for prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) targeting schizophrenia and other unmet needs with an accent on scientific leadership, KOL engagement, and evidence generation. Focus on building Field Medical teams, translating digital health data into clinician insights, and partnering with payers on HEOR and value dossiers.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: at least 4 days in office each week; must have authorization to work in the U.S.)
Salary: $180,000 - $280,000

What you will do
- Serve as scientific authority for CT-155, aligning clinical goals with provider needs and establishing KOL relationships for PDT advocacy.
- Build and lead Field Medical team with KPIs for engagement, education, and territory management.
- Generate RWE/OLE evidence, develop HEOR models, Budget Impact Models, and payer dossiers to demonstrate clinical and economic value.
- Lead scientific narrative, publications, advisory boards, and presentations at congresses.
- Design studies to fill evidence gaps and translate digital metrics into clinician-friendly insights.
- Ensure compliance in all medical materials and interactions.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree: PharmD required
- 15+ years progressive leadership in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech, focused on Medical Affairs and HEOR
- Prior MSL experience and track record leading medical launch readiness for first-in-class or specialty therapeutics
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and build high-performing teams
- Must have U.S. work authorization
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Digital Therapeutics or Prescription Digital Therapeutics
- Experience in Marketing or Sales Enablement
