What you will do

• Provide empathetic primary care to US patients via video visits, live chat, and secure messaging.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care and wellness counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications per regulations.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight and mentorship.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation within a proprietary EMR system.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
• Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
• Availability to work weekend/overnight shifts (Sat, Sun, Mon | 6p-6a PDT).
• Reliable high-speed internet access.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in telehealth.
• Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
