What you will do
- Lead the vision and evolution of the company's clinical and digital care management offerings as the subject matter expert.
- Utilize market data and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to effective clinical delivery services.
- Create comprehensive research packages and execute external partnerships to strengthen clinical offerings.
- Provide physician leadership in Specialty Rx program design, strategy, and client-facing discussions.
- Support the Growth team as a clinical expert during prospective client meetings and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product Management, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Completed US-based residency program (General medical or surgical training preferred).
- Board certification as an MD or DO with a current unrestricted US state license to practice medicine.
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
- 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical strategy at a health plan, healthtech company, or expert consulting.
- Proven ability to design innovative clinical programs and drive value for payers and members.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with partners and clients.
Nice to have
- Subspecialty fellowship training in Sleep Medicine.
- MBA or advanced degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
