What you will do

• Oversee the operation and management of a 24/7 virtual clinic, from development to launch.
• Own clinical policy and regulatory oversight within the Virtual Clinic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, marketing) to ensure clinical needs and business strategies are met.
• Design and implement medical operations, protocols, and data standards to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training for clinical team members.
• Perform direct clinical care (25-50% of the role), including prescribing medications and managing chronic care.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• 5+ years of post-residency experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required.
• Experience in telemedicine and startup environments.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
