What you will do

• Act as day-to-day project manager on initiatives within a program or particular business line.
• Track production milestones and ensure all deliverables meet scheduled deadlines.
• Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
• Manage project budgets in collaboration with the Head of Program Management.
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and external vendors to ensure planned execution.
• Support technical production through video/audio editing, CMS publishing, and live video executions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production and media, ideally at a digital media publisher.
• Proven success in owning and managing projects of various sizes.
• Thorough knowledge of the content, media, and marketing landscape.
• Hands-on video and audio editing experience, ideally with Descript.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in New York City (NYC).
