What you will do

• Hold accountability for project performance, delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring responsiveness.
• Act as conduit between stakeholders and implementation team for requirements flow.
• Prepare project plans, kickoff materials, and coordinate with sales and support teams.
• Schedule meetings, document communications, and manage project information.
• Implement changes, manage resources, and maintain high-performance team dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management
• 2-3 years proven experience in program/project management for complex system implementations
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments like management consulting
• Strong client interfacing and relationship skills
• Experience managing project scope and budgets (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong general computer skills (Microsoft Office, web applications)
• Confident speaker and team player
