TL;DR

VP of Client Sales (Wellness): Driving revenue growth and retention at the country level by leading Enterprise Sales, Client Success, and channel partner teams with an accent on strategic regional expansion and C-level engagement. Focus on scaling sales operations in Latin America, orchestrating cross-functional regional strategies, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (MX) or Buenos Aires (AR)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale Enterprise Client Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel partner departments.
  • Drive primary revenue growth and retention at the country level.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across all verticals to ensure a unified regional strategy.
  • Act as the primary internal and external reference point, including PR and media, to champion the brand.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions to provide insights for future company growth.

Requirements

  • 10 to 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic and financial impact.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in managing large client portfolios and engaging C-level stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Deep B2B experience and strong connections in the HR spectrum across Argentina and Mexico.
  • Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is considered a plus.
