What you will do
- Lead and scale Enterprise Client Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, and Channel partner departments.
- Drive primary revenue growth and retention at the country level.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across all verticals to ensure a unified regional strategy.
- Act as the primary internal and external reference point, including PR and media, to champion the brand.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to provide insights for future company growth.
Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic and financial impact.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing large client portfolios and engaging C-level stakeholders in complex environments.
- Deep B2B experience and strong connections in the HR spectrum across Argentina and Mexico.
- Bachelorβs degree; an MBA is considered a plus.
