What you will do

  • Provide accurate technical information, advice, and assistance to clients regarding the organization's products and services.
  • Research and develop proposals for new solutions to resolve technical problems and track outstanding issues.
  • Facilitate client inquiries and resolve multi-client issues following the Issue Resolution Methodology.
  • Analyze and evaluate client-initiated change requests and perform account maintenance where necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and account managers to communicate resolutions to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation using computerized systems and databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical changes in easy-to-understand business terms.
  • Capacity to solve problems using experience and good judgment.
  • Location: Must be based in Cuajimalpa, Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience within the credit card industry.
