What you will do
- Provide accurate technical information, advice, and assistance to clients regarding the organization's products and services.
- Research and develop proposals for new solutions to resolve technical problems and track outstanding issues.
- Facilitate client inquiries and resolve multi-client issues following the Issue Resolution Methodology.
- Analyze and evaluate client-initiated change requests and perform account maintenance where necessary.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and account managers to communicate resolutions to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation using computerized systems and databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical changes in easy-to-understand business terms.
- Capacity to solve problems using experience and good judgment.
- Location: Must be based in Cuajimalpa, Mexico.
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience within the credit card industry.
