Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $137,500 - $231,200

What you will do

  • Set the priority, direction, and SLAs for all product enablement development for the selling organization.
  • Design high-impact solutions, certifications, and process documents to improve sales performance and adoption.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of playbooks, guides, workshops, and onboarding materials for core products.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations to align enablement with product launch timelines.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to analyze adoption trends and iterate on programming.
  • Coach and lead a team of sales product enablement program managers to ensure goal-based outputs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, field enablement, or product marketing.
  • Proven track record of designing initiatives that drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Deep understanding of GTM execution, sales motions, and performance drivers.
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
