What you will do

• Identify opportunities to innovate MarTech tools for marketing campaigns, data insights, and spend optimization.
• Set strategy for MarTech, new member offers, and referral programs.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define technical requirements, launch strategy, and product vision.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and paid marketing to build best-in-class experiences.
• Deepen understanding of DFS customer acquisition and champion data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or related.
• Proven track record of building loved products.
• Experience with AppsFlyer, BigQuery, Rudderstack, CRM tools like Braze.
• Experience building products for web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, self-driven in high-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports/gaming industry or power user.
• Worked closely with paid marketing teams.
• Proven 0→1 product launches.
• Superpower or obsessive passion (sports preferred).
