What you will do

• Resolve inbound support requests and incidents in accordance with service level agreements.
• Provide high-quality customer support in-person, via the ticketing system, and through chat.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Setup and maintain in-office LAN, WiFi, audio-visual, conferencing, and computing systems.
• Identify ticket trends to build automation and process improvements that reduce operational risk.
• Manage secure configuration and access for AWS, GitHub, Google Cloud, G Suite, and Okta.

Requirements

• Experience with macOS, Windows 10/11, Okta SAML, GitHub, Slack, and G Suite.
• Proficiency in Jamf, Intune, Zoom, and ticket management systems like Jira.
• Background in fast-paced IT support prioritizing customer service, security, and innovation.
• Ability to work as a regional operator within a geographically diverse, asynchronous team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience configuring small office networking products and automating with bash.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Japanese.
• Experience with Node.js or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
