What you will do

• Architect and administer core enterprise platforms, including the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Lead the technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and drive the roadmap for AI-native capabilities.
• Manage and troubleshoot a diverse catalog of 30+ SaaS platforms using SaaS Management Platforms (SMPs).
• Maintain and improve user lifecycle workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct regular audits of SaaS environments to optimize resource utilization and enhance security posture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior systems engineers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT Systems experience in fast-paced environments supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the administration of Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Experience using SaaS Management Platforms such as Productiv, Lumos, or Torii.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI tools to increase engineering velocity.
• Proficiency in Okta to support identity governance and administration (IGA) initiatives.
• Ability to manage and support a wide range of 30+ SaaS platforms beyond the core stack.
