What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Architect bespoke technical solutions and provide support to enterprise customers.
• Develop compelling technical demonstrations to showcase product value.
• Create technical enablement resources and documentation for sales and customers.
• Build self-service tools to empower independent customer implementation.
• Identify and productize common integration patterns in collaboration with product teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working directly with customers to solve technical problems.
• Multi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
