AI-First Mid-Level Software Engineer, Brazil

What you will do

• Deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise software with speed and reliability.
• Design and develop cloud-native microservices and REST APIs.
• Use AI to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and software delivery.
• Automate repetitive engineering tasks and workflows.
• Own applications and services from design through production.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and onsite and offshore engineering teams.

Requirements

• Solid software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git, automated testing, and Agile development.
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Azure Service Bus.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI projects involving machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Practical day-to-day use of AI to improve software engineering productivity.
