Salary: $120K – $140K

What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of the property claims lifecycle from FNOL intake to resolution to identify friction points.
- Develop expertise in how property claims decisions are supported by data and identify gaps in current system efficiencies.
- Define standards for claims quality, documentation rigor, and alignment between damage assessments and financial outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to resolve systemic issues impacting claim efficiency.
- Improve the collection and structuring of property damage data to enhance AI models and reporting dashboards.
- Translate operational insights into product roadmap priorities to reduce cycle time and minimize leakage.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a property claims adjuster (field or desk) at a major carrier.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end property claims process within P&C.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams.
- Ability to own ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
