TL;DR
Lead SharePoint Developer (.NET): Developing and managing a customer's SharePoint Online environment with an accent on site architecture, interface design, and system integration. Focus on implementing SPFx, Power Platform solutions, and ensuring strict adherence to government security and accessibility standards.
Location: Flexible work arrangements; must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance (typically requires US citizenship/residency).
Salary: Midpoint $145,000

What you will do
- Lead the development of site concepts, interface design, and architecture for SharePoint Online applications.
- Develop and implement functional solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Integrate the Microsoft 365 ecosystem utilizing REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
- Build and maintain complex business workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps or Git.
- Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions through metadata management and governance best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading SharePoint Development.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Proven experience implementing SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and DBMS platforms like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance standards.
- Experience with informatics, mHealth systems, or government agency systems.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
