What you will do

• Lead the development of site concepts, interface design, and architecture for SharePoint Online applications.
• Develop and implement functional solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Integrate the Microsoft 365 ecosystem utilizing REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Build and maintain complex business workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps or Git.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions through metadata management and governance best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading SharePoint Development.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Proven experience implementing SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and DBMS platforms like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance standards.
• Experience with informatics, mHealth systems, or government agency systems.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
