TL;DR

Senior Power Apps Developer (Microsoft Power Platform): Developing and maintaining HR systems and data operations for the US Navy's MAHRS program with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, and visualization tools. Location: 100% remote, must reside in the continental United States; active Secret security clearance required

Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and develop visualization products, dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Cognos BI, or similar tools.
• Transform data from multiple sources into data tables in Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Manage Power Automate workflows, SharePoint lists, permissions, views, MS Teams channels, and Power Apps solutions to automate processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with SharePoint and Power Platform services; design, test, and deploy MS applications.
• Support policy oversight, development, and maintenance for HR systems and data operations.

Requirements

• 9+ years professional development experience, strong Power Apps experience
• Active Secret security clearance or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related field
• Office 365 development and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) experience
• Microsoft SharePoint Online site administration
• Proficiency in Power Automate configuration, Power BI dashboards/metrics, PowerApps development and formulas
• Experience with OOTB connectors, Microsoft Forms; ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions
• Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to multitask, context-switch, organize work independently

Nice to have

• Experience with Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter, Qlik, Databricks for reports/dashboards
• Data mining, advanced analytics, programming, data science, software engineering
• Prior experience with JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365
