What you will do

• Design and build new features and enhancements for global ticketing platforms.
• Optimize user experience and performance to handle massive spikes in traffic.
• Create scalable modules and services that power the core infrastructure and mission-critical products.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product managers to create innovative solutions.
• Lead technically complex initiatives and drive process and tooling improvements at the organizational level.
• Mentor engineers across multiple teams and participate in design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET core, and their ecosystems.
• Solid experience with Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React or NextJS.
• Experience working with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in the US; employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and NodeJS.
• Background in building large-scale high-performance transactional systems.
• Experience with event-driven technologies such as Kafka.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch or AWS DynamoDB.
• Experience in the ticketing industry, inventory management, or e-commerce.
