Salary: $144,700–$195,900 CAD (varies by region, experience, skills).

What you will do

• Build and extend solutions on hirify.global Operate/ShareDo for top 100 law firms.
• Design custom integrations, workflow components, and UI elements.
• Work full stack with C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Collaborate with analysts, configurators, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, present solutions, and contribute to internal best practices.

Requirements

• Customer-focused engineer experienced in solving complex problems across full stack.
• Hands-on software development, ideally on SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong C# (.NET), SQL Server (query optimization), JavaScript (vanilla + frameworks), HTML5, CSS3.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environment with diverse projects.

Nice to have

• Proven track record in SaaS development.
• Deep .NET/SQL knowledge, event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, Pulumi.
• Interest in using AI to improve craft.
