What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of customized OD programs and manage organizational diagnostics through culture surveys and leadership assessments.
• Translate OD models into practical frameworks, tools, and guidelines for HR and business leaders across various functional units.
• Implement the "Desire to Win" culture and support individual development planning for emerging leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development and culture initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Shape the HR operating model, focusing on the learning ecosystem, capability building, and the integration of AI into OD practices.
• Consult with management to resolve interpersonal issues using coaching and skills training interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Master’s degree in organizational development, psychology, HR, or a business-related discipline (nice to have).
