What you will do

• Research and document complex accounting positions (ASC 606, 842, 718) in technical memos.
• Execute month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis for GL integrity.
• Design scalable processes and internal controls for 2x–3x transaction growth.
• Prepare financial statements, MD&A, and footnotes for external reporting.
• Collaborate on deal structuring with Sales/Legal for revenue recognition.
• Own global consolidations and M&A accounting workstreams (ASC 805).
• Mentor juniors, integrate AI workflows, and manage external audits.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience including public accounting; CPA required.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting.
• Deep ASC 606 and ASC 805 expertise.
• Expert Google Sheets (formulas, index/match, visualization).
• NetSuite, Abacum, Ramp, Carta, BambooHR experience preferred.
• AI/automation mindset for workflows; Big 4 audit experience.
