Compensation: $4.00/hour draw or 15% commissions on Net Sales (whichever is greater)

• Guide users through science-backed wellness protocols tailored to their specific purchases.
• Identify opportunities for additional supplements or devices using a permission-based selling approach.
• Manage a full calendar of scheduled appointments using a high-speed CRM and phone system.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week), typically Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm CST.
• Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness.
• Commission-driven mindset with a focus on performance-based earning potential.
• Stable high-speed internet (40 Mbps+ upload/download) and high processing power (Octane Speed 20,000+).
• Reliable computer equipped with a working mic, camera, noise-cancelling headset, and backup power/internet systems.
