What you will do

  • Execute and validate end-to-end payroll for Mexico and international contractors, including bonuses and overtime.
  • Lead onboarding logistics and maintain accurate employee records across the company tech stack.
  • Identify bottlenecks in manual platforms and implement tech-driven solutions to scale People Operations.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits and maintain rigorous governance in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding payroll, benefits, and reimbursements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll, People Operations, Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with HRIS tools such as Runa or Rippling.
  • Professional fluency in English to collaborate with a distributed, global team.
  • Analytical mindset with a "detective" approach to auditing documentation and workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
