What you will do

• Manage the month-end close process, including preparing GL journal entries and performing bank reconciliations.
• Support monthly revenue recognition for hardware, software, and service streams, maintaining deferred revenue schedules.
• Oversee fixed asset continuity (additions, disposals, and depreciation) and transition processes to the ERP fixed asset module.
• Prepare monthly Warranty and Software Cost Reports, analyzing spend and variances to budget.
• Partner with IT on ERP automation initiatives and BAQ development to improve accounting accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts for inventory, prepaids, and warranty reserves.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of month-end close tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• High proficiency in Excel for creating reconciliation workpapers and continuity schedules.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without daily direction.
• Experience in a fast-moving environment where processes are being built and improved.
